Street food.... the thought brings images of mouth watering snacks to mind!

The students of The Maurya School added colours and flavours to the imagination by participating in the Inter-House Street Food Festival.

The  Street Food Festival, organised under the ISA project - Melange of Traditions, had students put up their chef caps and explore the street foods of India and Egypt.

While the Indian delicacies like Golgappas, Bhelpuri, Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Chole Kulche etc. tingled the taste buds; the Egyptian Koshary, Falafel, Fattoush, Choco-date cake, etc served with fruit juice and choco fudge stole the show.

The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation from the students who not only served the judges and visitors with love but also enlightened them with the ingredients and the origins of the food item.

The Head of the School appreciated the team spirit and effort of the students.
